Whether you just need a doggy daycare adventure for your pup, an overnight stay, or even extended boarding I'm your guy! Your furry friend will have a blast with me and my boys Cache and Juno!
Standard Hours Of Operation:
Dropoffs and pickups for both Daycare and Boarding are by appointment only.
My standard hours are between 7am and 6pm seven days a week.
Appointments outside these hours may be available upon request, however rates may vary and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Extended Care Policy:
Boarding rates are based per night of the visit. Extended care applies to the last day of boarding in the following circumstances:- A pickup more than 2 hours later than the original drop off time will be billed as a Daycare visit.
- A pickup more than 8 hours later than the original drop off time will be billed as an extra Boarding night.
Appointment Policy:
To best serve all my clients while still ensuring a safe and engaging environment for your pets, all drop offs and pick ups are by appointment only.
This allows me to properly prepare and separate the other animals as needed to avoid escape, injury, or damage to my property.
Because the preparation mentioned above generally requires the other dogs to be confined from the common area of the house, it's important that you arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible with your updated ETA so the dogs aren't put through unnecessary stress or restriction.
Late Arrival Fees: Arriving more than 15 minutes outside your scheduled appointment time without prior communication may result in additional service fees.
Cancellation Policy:
We all know plans can change!
Booking requests may be cancelled up to 3 days before the start of the visit for a full refund
Cancellations with less than 3 days notice will receive a 50% refund for the first 7 days of the stay
No-shows without a cancellation request are not eligible for a refund.
Payment Policies:
Booking payments are due in full by the start of the visit**.
Payment methods accepted include:
- Venmo
- Cash
- Zelle
- Cash App
- Paypal
(they charge a 3% service fee that I do not cover)
Pet Requirments:
Pets must be up to date on their vaccinations.
Pets must get along well with other dogs and people. Aggressive dogs cannot be accepted.
Pets must be potty trained and housebroken.
Pets must arrive with a collar and nametag.
Holiday / Premium Dates:
Holidays and other high demand periods will be billed at a premium rate. This includes the dates below:
- MLK Weekend 2026: Jan 16th - Jan 19th
- Presidents Day Weekend 2026: Feb 13th - Feb 16th
- Easter Weekend 2026: April 3rd - April 6th
- Memorial Day Weekend 2026: May 22nd - May 25th
- Independence Day Weekend 2026: Jul 3rd - Jul 5th
- Labor Day Weekend 2026: Sep 4th - Sep 7th
- Thanksgiving Weekend 2026: Nov 26th - Nov 30th
- Christmas and New Years 2026: Dec 24th - Jan 4th
